So last night while chatting to a seller who wanted a custom from me asked if i had stretch marks... when i replied with a yes he told me that no way would her want a custom from me with disgusting stretch marks in it. He then deleted his comment and 🚫 me.. Honestly it completely and utterly broke me that someone could be so horrible. It doesnt help that its something ive always been self conscious about.. But today i want to get someone straight. They’re not flaws. They’re not shameful. They’re stories written on skin – proof that you’ve grown, changed, endured, and lived. Whether from pregnancy, growth spurts, weight gain, weight loss, or just life doing what life does — those lines are not signs of weakness or something to hide. They are evidence of strength, resilience, and the natural beauty of a body that has carried you through every moment of your life. We live in a world that’s quick to praise perfection but forgets that real beauty lives in the unique, in the raw, and in the real. Not one of us is perfect. And that’s exactly what makes us beautiful. So let’s stop tearing each other down for being human. Let’s stop hiding our so-called “imperfections” as if they make us less. Let’s lift each other up and celebrate the truth: we are all beautifully different. Stretch marks, scars, curves, edges, freckles, lines — every bit of you is worthy of love and pride. Your body is not up for debate. Your beauty doesn’t need approval. And your worth is never measured by how closely you fit into someone else’s idea of perfection.
