I placed an order with Ell for an item and custom video 5 weeks ago.
3 weeks later withy long periods of no contact and many excuses I ask to cancel the order.
Within a few hours I get a video link for the video and notification the item has been posted!

Its the wrong item (not even close) and the video was not as discussed.
So I contacted Ell hoping this was just an error, this took a few days to get a reply.
Her response was really good, she had messed up the order but I was promised the correct item would be sent out straight away and I was surprised and happy to work with her so she was not out of pocket for a silly mistake. Thankfully I waited to receive both items first, because after another week goes by I am still waiting of either item shows up.

Starting week 5 at this point I had given up on receiving the correct video and any items.
I had been told she had the receipts for both parcels, so I asked for a refund and the receipts. If the receipts turn up and they had been posted when she said then fair enough I got unlucky.
Ell agreed to a refund and to send the receipts - today is the deadline for both I got neither.

Waited out the whole day for a final response or excuse, nothing for the final 3 days.
Yep I got “unlucky” as soon as I messaged Ell. Stay away, stay far away from this seller.

Does not deliver paid order for custom, no refund and now not even replying anymore
