There were some delays with your order, which I explained to you at every step. I didn’t ignore you - I kept you informed and even went out of my way to send the parcel via a different account to get it to you as soon as possible. You never mentioned being on holiday when I confirmed it was being sent, yet you later refused the parcel and demanded a refund - despite my clearly stated no-refund policy, which applies to all worn items and standard practice for many sellers in this space.

It’s disappointing to receive a review that twists the facts and leaves out key information. I upheld my end of the transaction and did everything I could to make things right. Leaving a harsh review after that effort, especially without being upfront about your own availability, is unfair and misleading - and not something I take lightly.
