Wow. So with Rhys I tried a couple of things that were new for me. She was great to work with and communicated throughout. There was a slight hiccup along the way and she gave me options of what we could do about the item. Like I said extremely easy to talk with about the order. It arrive vacuum sealed and the contents were very neatly placed inside the packaging — the presentation was excellent. The contents were wonderful. Thanks for the great experience.
