All was good. I received payment and was given an address to ship to. I confirmed shipping address and tracking with the buyer before sending and he said to go ahead. For whatever reason, the delivery was not able to be made and box was returned to me. We had sorted out a solution to have the package reshipped but all of a sudden buyer had a change of heart and disputed me on payoal without communicating. I offered to refund the amount of the product, but not the shipping as everything was confirmed and correct on my end, and now he has refused to work on the issue or accept that offer.
